1. How do I fit The AMS Developers, Inc.
Affiliate Program into my website?
Overview:
No matter how you integrate it into your website, we give you complete
control of your website.
You can have one of our banners on your site as the link to one of
our products OR you can just have a text link to us directly from
your main page, your "other links" page, or wherever you deem
appropriate at your site.
We recommend that you link to us on your main page because of the
exposure. For example; you could just have a banner on your main page
OR your could have us listed in your main menu (if applicable). You may
say something like "EZintranets - A communication and
collaboration tool that will save your organization money by improving
communication with tools such as a shared calendar, file storage and
shared contact lists". We recommend the main page because it has the
highest exposure to your visitors, and of course, the more people who
buy our products/memberships from your site the more money you will be
making. This will be explained in more detail when you receive your
Welcome Package after signing up and you are approved.
Here are a couple of other pointers for listing our products
and services at your website:
- Placing our banner(s) on your site: This is the most
common and easiest way to earn referral fees. Simply place
a banner on high traffic parts of your website for visitors to click
on (banners are available in the AMS Affiliate Marketing Center
immediately after you have applied to become an affiliate for the AMS
Affiliate Program).
- Topically-oriented websites: Most websites, especially
those that focus on a particular subject area, will want to set up a
link from their main page used specifically to link to one of our
products website. In other words, with your selections on your main
page (main menu), you would have one of our products or services as an
option. It would look as if one of our products is part of your
website, but it is really going to our server.
- Magazine-styled sites: Sites featuring articles, reviews
and interviews may want to use a different approach. Interviews with
or stories about AMS Developers, Inc. or our products such as
EZintranets.com. Linking the site title in context is a simple way to
make it available for sale; you could also insert a phrase like "(more
information about this service)" or "(subscribe to this service)",
next to the title, and link from there instead.
For this kind of website, a "suggested reading" list might also be
a good idea. For example, suppose that you include an article
discussing online business, intranets, or online communication etc.
You might include a "suggested reading" list at the end of the
article, including a link to EZintranets.com.
We will go into detail on how to do this in the "Welcome Package"
you get by email as soon as you join our affiliate program.
2. How will my visitors order the
EZintranets.com Subscription?
Overview:
Simply stated, you provide your visitors with a link to the
EZintranets.com site. In turn, we'll run everything for you by
recording, processing and fulfilling your customer orders.

Your visitors will visit your website and click on the link to the EZintranets.com web site you present to them.
- They subscribe to the EZIntranets.com subscription service by
using our online ordering process, or by faxing or mailing in their
order.
- It is all hands free. We do all the work and you receive a
referral check every month.
In more detail:
First, your customers will browse your website and find the
description of EZintranets.com that you have included in your
pages. If your description catches their interest and they wish to find
out more, they would follow the link you provide to EZintranets.com
We will then display the main page where they can learn more about
EZintranets.com. There are also web pages that explain each product,
where the customer can order directly online, or by mailing in a check.
Once the customer begins to finalize an order, AMS Developers,
Inc. ordering software takes over - running on our server and using
the same software used by us. From this point forward, they'll get
complete customer service directly from AMS Developers, Inc.
All EZintranets orders will be filled within seconds
automatically. We will handle all of the financial transactions. Our
customer service department will answer any questions or requests they
have about their orders, including cancellations.
3. Will AMS Developers, Inc. supply me with
product descriptions, or reviews?
- Yes. However, we do recommend that you
try linking to us by direct text links or banner links before you
introduce reviews of the service at your website. Our research show this
works better initially.
4. Can we take the order on our website instead, and
just send you the customer information afterward?
- No. We are solely responsible for
developing and presenting our free tips, therefore we can update the
site as necessary with new additions, new order processing options,
price changes, etc. AMS Developers, Inc. cannot be responsible
for any errors in your descriptions of these tips, or products offered
by you not updating your pages as often as we do. We also offer a secure
website which is essential in collecting online orders.
5. How do you calculate referral fees?
- Referral fees are earned on each
sale:

- Every order placed through your sponsoring website with AMS
Developers, Inc. online order system, by faxing it in, or by
mailing in a check for the EZintranets.com service will be eligible
for a referral fee.
6. How will you keep track of the orders coming from
my site?
- We will provide you with special
formatted URL's that you will use to
link to our site. These URL's will identify a particular "Affiliate
Number" for us to display, and your unique store code which we use to
track your referral fees as they are earned.
This number is assigned to you after you apply for the affiliates
program. Our custom designed software then hides that affiliate number
in all forms of ordering the products. The affiliates number is hidden
in HTML code of the online order forms so the customer never even sees
it. If they order via mail or fax in order forms it is hidden in the
address as a "suite" number...like "1123 Jones Ave, Suite #9834".
7. How will I know how many of each product were
sold by AMS Developers, Inc.?
- Once you join, we give you a special
URL for the AMS Affiliate Marketing Center where you can view how many visitors have traveled from your site
to EZintranets.com and how many of each package were sold
on a daily basis (including the customer's name and how they ordered).
You will receive an email copy of each order moments after it is
placed (for your records). You will receive your referral fee check on
a monthly basis (we mail out checks within 5 days after the 1st of
each month).
Note that most orders are placed online, but a small percentage are
mailed in.
8. What kind of income can I expect?
- Low traffic websites can expect
$150.00 - $600.00 a month. Heavier traveled sites can expect $1000.00
- $2500.00 a month, and large sites can expect $4000+ a month. It
depends on the type of people that visit your site, how many visitors
you receive monthly, and how much exposure you give the link(s) to
EZintranets.com.
